Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using any products, assessments, or courses provided by ARC English.
By enrolling in or purchasing the English Level Test or English Learning Courses, you (“the User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have explicit parental consent to enter into this agreement.
2. Description of Services
ARC English provides digital educational products, including:
English Level Test: A proprietary assessment tool for educational purposes. Note: This is not an official certification for immigration (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL).
Digital Courses: Pre-recorded modules and downloadable resources.
3. Intellectual Property
All content (videos, test questions, PDFs, and grading logic) is the exclusive property of ARC English. Your purchase grants you a single-user license. You may not share, record, screenshot, or redistribute any materials. Violation of this will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You are responsible for providing valid payment information.
5. 7-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on our digital products (English Level Test and English Courses).
Refund Window: You have seven (7) days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must email info@arcenglish.ca within the 7-day window.
Final Sale: After the 7th day following your purchase, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason after this period.
Test Completion: If the English Level Test has already been completed and the results delivered, ARC English reserves the right to deny a refund request as the service has been fully rendered.
6. Disclaimer of Results
ARC English provides tools for improvement, but we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., passing a specific job interview or reaching "fluency"). Success depends on the User’s personal effort and prior knowledge.
7. Limitation of Liability
ARC English is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to technical errors, loss of data, or third-party exam results.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
